A WaterMark approved water softener to reduce scaling and spotting in your home or building. Insist on a certified system. The SOL40-E3 water softener uses volumetric regeneration. This means it only backwashes when needed, based on your specific water consumption. This smart feature significantly reduces water and salt usage compared to traditional systems. Hard water is water that contains dissolved minerals such as limestone, iron, sulphur, magnesium and calcium. If these minerals are not removed from your water, they will cause scaling, eventually blocking plumbing and shortening the life of appliances – particularly hot water units, dishwashers, washing machines, etc. Say ‘no’ to scale in your facility. Minerals found in hard water build up in appliances such as hot water systems and dishwashers reducing their service life and making them less efficient. Soft water saves you money by replacing them less often and saves the environment by cutting waste.

Important Note: *Based on a hardness of 100ppm. Note: Chlorine (free chlorine) tolerance is 1ppm – high chlorine levels permanently damage the softening resin & is not covered under warranty. If chlorine exceeds this limit, we recommend a carbon pre-filter such as the WH2 or CFS Series. Please refer to Puretec for a specific recommendation. In any case, a carbon pre-filter is recommended to protect against chlorine spikes & prolong the resin life. ^Warranty is 1 year parts and labour, plus 5 years parts only. Excludes consumables. Extended Warranty: For Softrol™ System models SOL30-E1, SOL30-E3, SOL40-E1, and SOL40-E3, when a Puretec pre-filter (models WH2-55, WH2-60, FILTERWALL-F3, FILTERWALL-F4, FILTERWALL-F5, FILTERWALL-F6) is installed and both Puretec cartridges and Softrol™ media are routinely replaced per product instructions, the Softrol™ System warranty extends to 10 years from purchase (1 year parts & labour, 9 years parts only, excluding consumables). This warranty excludes consumables (Puretec cartridges, Softrol™ replacement media kits), damage from misuse, neglect, improper installation, external causes, use of non-genuine parts, and labour costs after year 1. Claims: Written notification with proof of purchase and maintenance records is required for claims, subject to Puretec verification and approval.
